Deep breathing can help us to calm our minds and bodies, reduce stress and anxiety, and improve our overall sense of well-being. By focusing on our breath and taking slow, deep breaths, we activate our parasympathetic nervous system, which helps us to relax and feel more grounded. Spiritual Coaching for Deep Breathing

Then, close the other nostril and exhale through the first nostril. This technique can help to balance the energy in your body and bring a sense of harmony.
